Due to the challenges the world is moving fast in terms of globalization advancement of technology – with that our life styles change hobbies change our attitude . On our run to the target/ goal there is something missing and that is resilience . The new generation do not have the ability to handle boredom, the characteristic like patience, compassion, responsibility and self love is missing and that leads to a lot psychological problems, like depression, anxiety stress leading to suicidal thoughts !

Earlier our life style gave us a lot of this . But now the changes in life style – moving to nuclear families, focusing on achievement, interest in materialistic things made us so competitive! We are not living in the present moment ruminating the past or worrying about the future and not enjoy the present moment.

This time on Sabhayogam Academy Monthly Empowerment Session we have Dr. PARVATHY VARMA (Director of Graduate Programs in Counseling Psychology, Assumption University of Thailand, Bangkok, Thailand) interacting with us.

Join us on Saturday 24th September 2022 7pm
