Manager – Administration & Finance

Sree Raghavapuram Sabhayogam, a NITI Aayog regd NGO with credible achievements in cultural, social, educational & environmental fronts, is looking to hire a full time Manager to ensure the Administration and Finance related activities.

Candidate must be proficient in MS Office, and be fluent in English. Knowledge on any accounting software will be added advantage. Training for the job will be provided.

Job Type – Full-time
Location – Cheruthazham, Kannur

Job Responsibilities

1) Co-ordination with Internal Dept. Heads for actionable and project delivery
2) Regular project reviews with Dept. Heads
3) PR Calls with stakeholders
4) Filing of Admin, PR, IT, CSR, ISO (Hard & Soft)
5) Manage and ensure Finance related activities (payables & receivables)
6) Ensure actionable related to Post office, Bank etc are duly closed on time
7) SoP, MoM, CSR, PR, ISO documentations.
8) Monitor & coordinate for Meetings , Conf Calls etc.
9) Attendance, leave monitoring on need basis
10) Departmental services on need basis
