There are many economically disadvantaged families with differently-abled people in our society. Many of us may come forward to provide one-time assistance to such families. But more than that, the government, organizations and the general society should give them opportunity to be self reliant and live with dignity.
We at Sree Raghavapuram Sabha Yogam are pleased to announce that our Social Welfare Department is starting a notebook making unit to provide employment opportunities to differently-abled families or create conditions for self-employment for them.
The inauguration of Social Welfare Department office along with the launch of Note Book Manufacturing Unit is on Saturday, 10th September 2022, at Puthur in Cheruthazham Panchayat of Kannur District.
Through this project, we will be able to provide a stable income to the differently-abled and their families by giving employment to five people in production and around ten people in marketing.
An initial cost of Rs 5 lakh is expected for this noble venture and so far Rs 3 lakh has been raised. We appreciate support from everyone for the activities of the department.
Prachodani Notebook manufacturing unit will be inaugurated by Honorable MLA of Kalyasseri Shri. M Vijin on 10th September 2022 10 AM at Puthur, pilathara, kannur(dt) Kerala.
