Sabhayogam gives utmost importance to the concept of a family. Happy family is the building block for a prosperous nation and peaceful world. Happiness is considered as the index for sustainable development. All religious & social rules are framed with this aim. Sabhayogam, originally a trust of families, adhere to Vedic practices. They are classified into two – Grihya and Srautha. The concept of Family is very much important in both Grihya and Srautha tradtions.
To create an environment for the performance of the rituals as per the text with a knowledge of the objectives is a fundamental responsibility of a Dharmic organization like Sabhayogam. Along with that, in today’s world, the organization has a lot of things to do to equip its members, followers and well wishers in leading a decent happy family life. The aim of this department is to identify the areas that need attention and evolve a system that can promptly respond to issues, face the challenges with courage, foresee the requirements of tomorrow and progress without leaving the tradition and values.
The name Sahadharmam originates from the mantra utttered during vedic marriage ceremony where the father performs kanya daanam asking the daughter to carry out Dharma along with her husband for their entire life and even beyond.

There is a small fee for Sahadharmam matrimony registration. Please contribute INR 1000.
Matrimony registration fee reduced to INR 200 for applicants who is more than 32 years old or someone who works in religious activities (pooja, parikarmmam, etc)
Fee can be paid through Donation Page (click here) and can complete the Contribution Data Sheet with relevant details.
Vertical Alignment – There will be committees at state, district and village levels. State committee will be directly under Sabhayogam Central Governing Body and will have one nominated member from Central Governing Body who will be the Chairman of the Department. A chief executive officer (CEO) will be nominated or selected for assisting the Chairman at state level.
The same concept can be adopted in lower layers of the hierarchy. That is, there can be a Chairman, CEO and Committee at district and village levels as well. The size of the committee may be decided by a superior committee as per requirement. It is ideal to have 2 responsible members for each wing of the Department at each level.
Councils will be ultimately at village level but initially it can be in the state or district level as per convenience. Village committee members are selected from Council. Village chairman and Village CEO will be part of the District committee. District Chairman and District CEO will be part of the State
Committee. State Chairman will be part of the Sabhayogam Governing Body. State CEO may be a special invitee to Governing Body.
Horizontal Alignment – The Department will have horizontal wings marriage, family planning, children care, teenagers care, parents care, family happiness etc. These horizontal wings will be active at each vertical level. Supporting departments like Accounting, PR, IT and Office also may be added at each
vertical level of the hierarchy.
